Despite a convenient location, the cleanliness of the room was concerning, particularly with stained linens and an unkempt bathroom.

The spacious bathroom provided ample room for comfort during my stay.

However, I encountered an issue with the toilet that required multiple flush attempts before it worked properly.

The bed was comfortable, but the carpet felt really gross.

The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with filthy floors and a tub that could use a scrub. certainly felt like it hadn't seen a decent cleaning in ages. The microwave quit unexpectedly during my stay, which was frustrating since I had just started using it. Overall, the facilities could really benefit from renovation and investment. a little attention could make a big difference.

The room had a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to enjoy snacks and drinks. The heat and air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the environment comfortable. I appreciated the mostly clean room, although there were a few spots that needed attention, like by the trash can. However, the lack of a coffee pot was disappointing for my husband. On the downside, noise was a major issue. We experienced loud music from a party next door, which continued for hours. The noise was so disruptive that I had to contact the front desk. Additionally, I found areas in the room that were not clean, including hair in the toilet and bathtub, and even dirty items left behind. This significantly detracted from our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Oyo Hotel Mt Vernon Ky, Renfro Valley I-75. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, checking the remote for our TV and ensuring everything was in order. The beds were comfortable, providing a restful sleep.

The location had some disturbances.

The room was in deplorable condition, with dirty furniture and a horrible stench. My credit card was charged twice with no resolution, and the manager was unhelpful. I recommend finding another place to stay to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The hotel offers an excellent price point for the area and was surprisingly clean, featuring very hot water in the shower. However, the lack of breakfast and limited service options detracted from the experience. Though the location was acceptable, it felt a bit outdated, and the unavailability of breakfast was disappointing. The overall ambiance was quiet, which was a plus.

Not suitable for families

The owners are decent people they really tried to help us with the issues we faced during our stay. I also appreciated that they walked to the room with me to check on the TV remote. You don't see that very often.

It cost more than I expected but it was still bearable.
